Customer service is certainly not a thing of the past at Pennells Carpets. We offer free measuring, planning and estimating service with no obligation, if you wish to take samples home to think about it, that’s fine with us. There is no need to leave a deposit for samples.
All our sales staff do not work on commission, so they are interested only in making sure you get the right flooring. We feel this makes doing business with Pennells Carpets more relaxed, honest and trouble free.
In addition, we can source, supply and install just about any make of carpet and carpet tiles ( domestic or contract ), vinyls, woods, Amtico, Karndean, contract vinyls, non slip safety flooring and rubber flooring. Whatever product you are looking for, seen on the internet or in our competitors’ outlets we can source.
Most of our fitting is carried out during the working week. But, if you need an evening or weekend fitting, we will do our very best to help. We can and will install out of hours, subject to an available fitter. Rest assured, every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
